Youth Registration Form - Piedmont Council, BSA
- The following form can be used for signing up for all local Scouting programs.
- This form allows you to upload a completed youth application (or image of your filled out application).
- Also, this form allows you to upload your Medicaid card for financial assistance. (NOTE: WellCare, Carolina Complete, and HealthyBlue have been approved for membership assistance within Scouting. We have not been approved for UnitedHealthCare, AmeriHealth, and Medicaid Basic).
