Webelos Woods

Webelos Woods is the first opportunity for Webelos Scouts to learn what Boy Scouting is all about. A weekend camping trip that introduces them to Boy Scout camping using the patrol method, in a Scout-led outdoor adventure, supervised by adult leaders, supervised by adult leaders Each den is encouraged to learn cooking skills by preparing the following meals: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Food and cookware must be provided by Webelos Leaders for their unit.  This weekend of outdoor activities and instruction will encourage your second year Webelos to advance in Scouting and will peak the interest and retention of your first year Webelos through direct contact with older scouts.

Friday Night Campfire @ 8:30 p.m. “Bridging Ceremony” for fifth grade Webelos conducted by the Order of the Arrow

5th Grade Webelos will be able to climbing on the tower, while 4th Grade Webelos will have fishing time.

Please bring with you part “A & B” of the B.S.A. Annual Medical Records in a 3-ring binder along with a unit roster. This health form is required for youth and adults. You can find the form at scouting.org.  Non-Registered Parents/Guardians must have their youth protection certification available at check.
