2024 Rendezvous - 100 Years of Scouting!

All scouts are welcome to attend our 2024 Rendezvous Weekend at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds!

This jamboree-style event will involve hundreds of scouts, leaders, and community members from across the Piedmont Council. Last held in 2016 (and 2010), this council-wide camping event, is a unique opportunity for all families and the communities they serve to come together and celebrate the programs and traditions associated with Scout Oath and Law.

Participants will have opportunities to participate in a wide range of activities including shooting ranges, inflatables, climbing walls, military displays, Pinewood Derby races, pioneering hands-on activities, STEM-based exploration booths like a planetarium, etc. Events for the day (Saturday) will run from 9 AM to 4 PM; everyone is welcome to attend! This is includes scouts, families, and anyone from the local community.

Troops, crews, and ships are welcome to camp at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds and will arrive on Friday, October 25th, 2024.  Webelos / Arrow of Light dens are only permitted to camp with a troop and must register with a local troop (all adults must be registered w/BSA). Please contact a local troop to ensure your registration is accurate.

• Troops, crews, and ships will arrive on Friday, October 25th, 2024 between the hours of 4-8 PM.
• Gates will open to the general public at 8:30 AM on Saturday, October 26th, 2024.
• Opening Ceremony starts at 9 AM with an arena show starting at 7:30 PM that evening.
