Popcorn Dates to Remember

Please help spread the word, we are rescheduling Show-n-Sell pick up to next week due to Hurricane Florence. Pick up will be Friday afternoon, September 21 or Saturday morning, September 22. Units placing large orders can make arrangements to pick up their orders on Thursday if they prefer.

  • Tuesday, August 21 @ 7:00 PM,  Conover First United Methodist Church OR  
  • Wednesday, August 22 @ 7:00 PM, Aldersgate United Methodist Church (Shelby)

CAMPAIGN DATES:

  • September 17 - Sale Officially Begins
  • November 19 - Sale Officially Ends

ORDER DEADLINES:

  • Friday, August 31 BY 5:00 PM: Show-and-Sell popcorn orders made online.
  • Wednesday, November 21 BY 5:00 PM: Take Order Popcorn Orders due online.

PRODUCT PICK UP DATES:

  • September 14 – 15: Show and Sell Popcorn Pick-up (By Appointment)

PRODUCT RETURN DATE: (up to 25% of original order in unbroken cases may be returned, excludes chocolate products and damaged products)

PAYMENT DEADLINES:

  • Friday, January 4 BY 5:00 pm: Payment of Popcorn Invoice Due
  • January 4 (after 5:00 pm): Commission is reduced by 5%
  • January 12 (after 5:00 pm): Commission is reduced by an additional 5%.
  • January 19 (after 5:00 pm): Commission is reduced by an additional 10%
