Attending a Jamboree is certainly one of the highlights of any Scouting experience. The theme for the 2017 Jamboree is Live Scouting's Adventure. In Scouting, as in life, adventure takes on many meanings: high adventure, learning, camaraderie, and simply being part of something bigger. The 2017 Jamboree theme encompasses all of these aspects, and participants will quite literally experience every element of adventure in what will be a mega-event of any Scout’s lifetime.

Allocations for the 2017 Jamboree will be in the following increments:
Contingent Scout Troop
- 1-Troop Attending 36 youth 4- adults -NEED a Jr. Assistant Scoutmaster to attend.
- The cost for each participant attending the Piedmont Council Contingent is $1350
ALL applications must be approved at the Council level prior to being accepted at the National level.
