Fund Development
The Piedmont Council, Scouting America conducts a number of fundraising campaigns throughout the year. Scouting is locally supported; there are no government, local, state or federal funds earmarked to support our mission. The annual membership fee paid by every member is channeled directly to the Scouting America to cover the costs of program development, literature creation, and technology services. The Piedmont Council, Scouting America relies on the financial and in-kind support of our annual Friends of Scouting Campaign to keep Scouting affordtable for all youth!
