The Scouting America Piedmont Council Eagle Banquet is a formal recognition celebration hosted by the Piedmont Council of Scouting America. It’s an annual banquet that brings together Scouts, families, leaders, and supporters to honor and celebrate those who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout — the highest achievement in Scouts BSA. 

What is the Eagle Banquet?

  • It’s a banquet-style event organized by the Piedmont Council to celebrate Eagle Scouts who earned the rank during the past year. 

  • The banquet includes a dinner and a program with recognitions.  Eagle Scouts are matched with a sponsor for the event.  These sponsors are specially matched with their Eagle as someone in the vocation field the Eagle plans to go into.  The Eagle and their Sponsor will have special seating together at the banquet. 

  • Eagle Scouts in attendance receive a commemorative neckerchief and patch acknowledging their achievement.

 

Purpose of the Banquet

  • To recognize and honor Eagle Scouts from across the Piedmont Council region and their families. 

  • To bring the Scouting community together for fellowship and celebration of leadership, service, and achievement.

  • Sponsors, adult leaders, and community supporters attend to help celebrate the honorees. 

 

Class of 2025 Eagles: 

Please make sure to complete these forms for us as we are preparing this special night to celebrate your accomplishments! The Eagle Scout form is very time sensitive as we are actively recruiting your vocational sponsors for the event!!

Scoutmasters who have an Eagle in the Class of 2025:

Scoutmasters, if you have an Eagle in the Class of 2025, please join us at the banquet to celebrate your Eagle.  Your ticket is covered by the sponsor, but please RSVP so we know you are coming!  You may also purchase tickets for any guests you want to bring.
