2023 Scouting Discount Card Sale

Welcome to the BIGGEST, BEST, MOST AWESOME, and SUPERFANTASTIC fundraising opportunity for your scouts, their families and your unit; the 2023 Scouting Discount Card Sale. Formally known as the "Camp Card Sale", this sale is a GREAT way that scouts, families, and units can help pay for their adventures within Scouting. Not only can these cards pay for camp, but it can help pay so much more! Yearly unit dues, council registration fees, Camp Bud Schiele Summer Camp, day camp / field days, NYLT, SeaBase, Philmont, National Jamboree, and of course, uniforms & gear from the Gastonia Scout Shop!

If your unit isn’t paying 100% of the cost to be a scout, then you should be offering this opportunity to your families. More than 90% of the sale of each card goes back to them! There isn’t a fundraiser out there with this rate of return back to Scouting that your unit can participate in and if you aren’t participating, you are missing out! 

The Piedmont Council has several units that have sold over 1000 cards with more than $5000 in commissions back to the unit and many more that have sold over 500 cards with $2500 to $3000 in total base commissions.

Plan now to sell the 2023 Discount Card and give your scouts the opportunity to “pay their own way” in Scouting!
