District 5 Pinewood Derby

Please join us for the District 5 Pinewood Derby this year! It will be held Saturday, March 18th at Tindol Ford Subaru in Gastonia. The race is open to any Scout that wishes to race their car, even if they were not one of the fastest in their own unit (we won't turn a Scout away from racing). 

Weigh In and registration begins at 11am with the races starting at noon. 

The cost is being waived this year thanks to a local sponsor covering the awards. This allows each unit to bring as many interested Scouts as wish to race at the district level. Come on out and put the plastic tires to the track!

*Please bring a folding chair, some sunscreen, and lunch/snack.
