Register today to secure your spot at the 2023 Rocket Academy!!! The Gemstone District (Iredell County) Rocket Academy is an outside event where NEW scouts will work on their Bobcat Badge and launch their own model rocket. All programs are held outside and everyone in attendance should dress for the appropriate weather conditions. In addition, everyone should bring a chair and bagged lunch (with drink(s)). All youth participants must be a registered scout and a parent/guardian must be with each Scout at all times. Unfortunately, non-scout youth (siblings) will be able to participate in this event.
