2021 Camp Card Unit Commitment Form
The Piedmont Council, will do its best to meet the needs and requests of every unit leader and their families concerning camp cards. Camp cards will be distributed to unit leaders by completing the camp card commitment form (below). After submitting this form, there will be a virtual training for all unit leaders on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 or Thursday, February 25th, 2021 via ZOOM at 7 P.M. to discuss council-wide distribution, the unit commision structure, and various sale dates. Units that participate in the training and sell 100 cards will receive an additional 5% commission. Please help the Piedmont Council "be prepared" to meet the needs of the 2021 Camp Card Sale by completing this form by Sunday, January 31st, 2021.
NOTE: The council will review each units request, along with previous unit sales history to determine an appropriate amount to distribute. For prior sales history, please contact your local Scouting professional. IMPORTANT: The order will be placed to our card vendor on Monday, February 1st, 2021, units not completing this form by the deadline will not be guarenteed cards. For any forms submitted after this date, we will do our best to fulfill those orders in a timely manner, but there are no guarantees. Thank You!
