BALOO - Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation

This one and a half day course is designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout Outdoor Program for any leaders interested in adding a camping component to their current pack activities. BALOO training consists of an online pre-requisite component in addition to an overnight hands-on practical component. Cub Scout level camping policies will be taught along with the discovery of the necessary tools to help units carry out a successful camping experience.

November 8th

--Check-In begins at 8:30 am

--Class begins at 9:00 am

November 9th

--Should be wrapped up by 11:00 am

Completion of this course is mandatory for any pack overnighters.

The online prerequisite training is available in the BSA Learn Center on www.my.scouting.org.
